Robin Hill, situated about 2 miles outside Newport, in the centre of the Isle of Wight is designated as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The 80 acres of rolling downs, beautiful woodland and peaceful valleys make an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Originally opened as a country park, then developed as an exotic zoo & wildlife centre, the park has now become one of the Islands top attractions, with adventure activities for young families as well as peaceful woodland walks for adults.

The Time Machine motion platform theatre, Colossus swing boat ride, and the Toboggan Run will exhilarate the young at heart, while the younger children play features offer relief to harassed parents!

Salt moor Copse lies at the centre of the park and this is where the red squirrel colony reside. Ambitious plans are afoot to refurbish the woodland, creating wonderful gardens and vistas complete with water features and Edwardian ferneries. The woods were originally planted as a Gentlemens Pleasure Ground in the 1900s and this restoration will be phased over 5 years.
