The Royal Air Force Museum offers free admission and parking, along with easy access for all visitors.
RAF Museum Cosford is one day out that everyone from small children upwards will enjoy whatever the weather. It is the only National Museum in the West Midlands and has 70 aircraft in three wartime hangars.
A unique and fascinating collection and display of aircraft integrated with special exhibitions, films, interactives, artwork, engines, missiles, photographs, uniforms, medals and research and education facilities.
February 2007 will see the opening of The National Cold War Exhibition. Housed in a landmark building covering 7,000 Sqm, visitors will be able to see Britain’s V Bombers the Vulcan, Victor and Valiant and other aircraft suspended in flying attitudes.
