  • Barrow's flagship attraction, The Dock Museum, is housed in a stunning Victorian dry dock and traces the history of Barrow's growth from a tiny nineteenth century hamlet to a major industrial town. The displays look at the maritime, industrial and social history of the town, with multi-media interactives for all the family to enjoy.
    The attractively landscaped site includes a themed adventure playground suitable for children aged 12 and under, picnic area and links to Cumbria's Coastal Way. Strollers Coffee Shop provides a relaxing and popular venue for morning coffee, a light lunch and afternoon tea .
